Like her mother, summer is clearly Kate's favorite season. We've had a great time the last few weeks eating lots and lots of ice cream, playing with friends and checking out new DC parks. Most recently we visited the Palisades Splash Park - complete with a water slide - and Yards Park (right on the water down by the ballpark). At Yards Park, Kate especially enjoyed running up and down the boardwalk like a crazy person and groovin' to the tunes.
