We've just returned from a fun-filled three weeks in Northern Michigan. We all enjoyed escaping from DC's August sizzle and Kate enjoyed getting to know her extended family. With three babies under 6 months, a toddler and four dogs, there was never a dull moment! Kate had lots of "firsts" -- her first smile, road trip, boat ride, campfire, and walk on the beach, among others.
